I take it you don’t upgrade the kernel often? :-)

I’d need a UPS to get that kind of uptime...

I actually have two UPSs in the rack -- one for the router, DSL modem, and ethernet switch, and the other for the fileserver and wireless access point. I get about 1/2 hour of uptime.

It's running Debian Sarge; the kernel hasn't changed in a looooooong time.
